I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the HCPC and BPS, with over 17 years’ experience supporting adults, children, and young people across a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. My experience spans private practice, the NHS, Local Authority, the legal system, and charitable organisations. In each setting, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through life’s most challenging moments.
I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, and Schema Therapy, among others. My integrative approach weaves together humanistic, cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed models to create a therapeutic experience tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
I place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe trust, safety, and mutual respect are the foundations upon which real healing and change can take place. My role is to walk beside you—not in front or behind—supporting your exploration with empathy, openness, and clinical insight.
