At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through safe, authentic relationships. Rather than focusing on what may be “wrong” with you, I work collaboratively with you to understand what has happened to you, and how your experiences, relationships and environment may be influencing your wellbeing today.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. I will aim to meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. I believe that therapy should empower you to make your own choices, with autonomy and collaboration remaining central throughout the therapeutic process.

As an integrative practitioner, I draw on person-centred, compassion-focused, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, goals and preferences. Whether you are looking for practical tools and strategies, deeper self-exploration, or a combination of both, I adapt my approach to best support your journey.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, dissociation, emotional distress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I help clients develop a deeper understanding of the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical responses, enabling them to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies.

Having worked within both NHS services and private Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), I have supported people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and life experiences. I am committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period, looking to better understand yourself, or hoping to create positive changes in your life, I offer a supportive therapeutic relationship in which healing, growth and self-discovery can take place.
