I believe healing does not happen only through words. Often, long before we can explain what we feel, the body has already been carrying the story through tension, breath, posture, habits, and patterns of relating. Therapy can therefore become a space not only to talk, but to listen more deeply to yourself.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and relational environment where you can explore what feels difficult, stuck, or overwhelming. I work integratively, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, and trauma-informed approaches. This means I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

Alongside talking therapy, I may gently invite awareness of the body when helpful. This could involve noticing breathing, recognising emotional responses, exploring a gesture, using imagery, or understanding how stress and past experiences may be held physically. There is no performance, no pressure, and no need for movement experience. Everything is optional and always guided by your comfort and pace.

I have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, bereavement, burnout, and major life transitions. My background across inpatient services, community mental health, youth work, and leadership roles gives me a grounded, structured, and human approach to therapy.

I do not see people as broken or needing to be “fixed.” Instead, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your strengths, understand yourself more clearly, process painful experiences, and discover new ways of living and relating.

Whether you are seeking relief, insight, growth, or simply a place where you can be fully met, I offer a thoughtful and supportive space where meaningful change can begin.

If you’re ready to begin your therapeutic journey, you’re welcome to book a free consultation with me. During your call, we'll explore what you’re hoping for in therapy and help you find the therapist who feels right for you - whether that’s me or another member of our team.
