I offer a warm, compassionate and grounded space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy. My work is relational and integrative, meaning I shape therapy around you rather than trying to fit you into one fixed model. I draw from person-centred, Gestalt, existential and evidence-informed approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy, for me, is not about quick fixes or being told what to do. It is about creating a space where you can begin to understand yourself more fully, at your own pace. Together, we may explore questions of identity, meaning, loss, belonging, relationships, or simply sit with what feels overwhelming without pressure to solve everything immediately.

If you’re ready to begin your therapeutic journey, you’re welcome to book a free consultation with me. During your call, we'll explore what you’re hoping for in therapy and help you find the therapist who feels right for you - whether that’s me or another member of our team. Many struggles people bring to therapy are not signs that something is wrong with them, but understandable responses to life experiences, pain, uncertainty or patterns that once helped them survive. We often develop ways of coping through avoidance, self-criticism, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown or difficult relationship dynamics. In therapy, we can look at these patterns with curiosity rather than judgement and consider whether they still serve you now.

I also pay attention to your present-moment experience — how you feel, respond, connect and protect yourself in relationships and in the world. By noticing patterns as they emerge, therapy can help deepen awareness and create space for new choices.

Before private practice, I worked with people navigating complex life experiences, including addiction, relational trauma and behaviours that felt difficult to change. This has given me experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, shame, burnout, relationship difficulties and self-esteem issues.

My own experience of therapy also informs how I work. I understand that looking inward can feel exposing at times, and that change is rarely linear. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for help and to meet yourself with honesty and care.

You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes therapy begins with a quiet sense that something no longer fits, or a wish to reconnect with who you are becoming. If something inside you wants to be understood, that is enough.
