Life coaching is different to therapy in terms of its aims. Life coaching does not seek to offer motional healing or mental health support, rather it is more directive and helps individuals identify, set, achieve, and even exceed their goals.

We recommend weekly sessions which are 50-minutes, at the same time and day every week, some people may benefit from multiple sessions per week. Depending on your goals and motivation level, life coaching can last between 1 month to 12 (4 – 44 sessions).
